OUR CHAPTER / how it works

Plan your wedding,
step by step.

Our Chapter keeps your wedding planning in one connected workspace. Add information once, then use it across your budget, vendors, payments, calendar, guest list, and overview as your plans develop.

01

Set up your wedding

Start by adding your names, wedding date, budget, and other basic details. This information becomes the foundation of your planner and can be updated anytime.

02

Start from your Overview

Your Overview brings together the most important information from across your planner. See your planning progress, upcoming payments, budget status, important dates, and other details that may need your attention.

As you update other sections, your Overview updates with them.

03

Build your checklist

Use the Checklist to keep track of everything that needs to be done. Add your own tasks, set deadlines, and update their status as you make progress.

Important dates can also connect with your planning schedule, helping you keep track of what is coming next.

04

Manage your Budget & Quotation

Set your wedding budget, add quotations, and record payments as you receive them.

Your financial information is connected across the planner. A quotation can be linked to a vendor, payment records can follow that quotation, and the totals contribute to your overall budget.

This means you do not need to enter the same information repeatedly in different places.

05

Organize your vendors

Save the vendors you are considering, keep their information together, and compare your options before making a decision.

Once a vendor is added, their information can connect with other parts of your planner — from quotations and payments to scheduled meetings, deadlines, and events.

Add your guests

Build your guest list and organize guests into groups. Keep the information you need for invitations, attendance, and other guest-related planning in one place.

As your guest list develops, you can continue updating it without losing the records you have already added.

07

Plan your events

Add your wedding events, vendor meetings, appointments, and other important dates to your calendar.

Dates created throughout your planning can work together with your schedule, so upcoming activities and important deadlines are easier to see from your Overview.

08

Let your planner work together

Our Chapter is designed as one connected planning system rather than a collection of separate pages.

When information is related, it follows your planning flow. Vendors can connect to quotations, quotations to payments, dates to your calendar, and important updates back to your Overview.

Add information where it naturally belongs, and use it throughout the rest of your planner.

09

Keep everything up to date

Wedding plans change, and your planner is designed to change with them.

Return anytime to update tasks, budgets, quotations, payments, vendors, guests, or event details.

Because your information is connected, those updates stay consistent across your workspace.

YOUR PLANS, WHERE YOU NEED THEM

Keep a copy close.

When you need something outside the planner, export your planning data or print the information you need for meetings, vendor discussions, or the wedding day.
